Nav has come a long way from his Soundcloud days with the release of his new album, Perfect Timing, a collaborative project with Atlanta’s super producer Metro Boomin. Nav’s rise to stardom is a unique one – he is one of hip hop’s few Indian producer and artist from Ontario, Canada with early support from the likes of Drake, The Weeknd, and Travis Scott. It’s easy to get caught up in the fascination around Nav’s sudden ascent in the hip hop world, but once you listen to his music it’s obvious that the XO-signed artist has a distinctive sound that’s grabbing the attention of the biggest rappers in the game.

Perfect Timing is a combination of amazing beats from the talented Metro Boomin, Nav’s rhythmic bars that capture his own amazement at his sudden fame, and a seriously strong lineup of features from Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Offset, 21 Savage, Belly, and Gucci Mane.

Earlier this year, Opposition partnered with Nav – call it intuition but we’re convinced that his successes of 2017 are just the beginning of a fire career.
